Maryland DL Sam Okuayinonu has decided to enter this year’s upcoming 2022 NFL Draft in Las Vegas, NV. Okuayinonu has made a ton of plays for the Terrapins in 3 seasons’ time.

Okuayinonu has recorded 90 tackles, 53 of which are solo, 12 tackles for loss and 5 sacks in 3 seasons with the Terps. It will be interesting to see where he ends being drafted and what team he will be drafted to in late April.

The Terps had their best season under 3rd-year head coach Mike Locksley as they finished the season 7-6 with a New Era Pinstripe Bowl win. Locksley and Co. will look to build off this season and hope to string more wins together and become a threat in the B1G East.
