Maryland expected to hire former SEC, ACC assistant as next RBs coach
Maryland is expected to hire former ECU tight ends coach Latrell Scott to be its new running backs coach in College Park.
Scott will replace former running backs coach Elijah Brooks, who left for Virginia Tech after last season.

Scott has been a head coach at the Division I level for Richmond, also coaching at Norfolk State. As an assistant, Scott made stops at Virginia, Tennessee, Western Carolina, VMI and James Madison. He was wide receivers coach for Tennessee and Virginia in 2008 and 2009, respectively.
