Maryland flips local 3-star o-line prospect away from Penn State
Maryland flipped South Carolina commit Jaishawn Barham Wednesday morning and then flipped his teammate, Andre Roye.
Both St. Frances Academy products from Baltimore and both Maryland natives, Roye signed with the Terrapins at the opening of the Early Signing Period after previously being committed to Penn State. The Terps announced his signing

Roye is a 3-star prospect in the 247 Composite and the 16-ranked recruit from the state of Maryland. The 6-foot-6, 320-pound offensive lineman is the 64th-ranked tackle prospect and the 748th overall prospect in his class.
