As for its DC role, the Terps and Brian Stewart mutually parted ways after the DC was demoted to DBs coach since there were reports that Kevin Steele would be coming to Maryland to be its DC. However, Steele ended up going to Miami for the same role.
Matt Zenitz of On3 Sports broke the news on Wednesday morning.

It’ll be interesting to see who Maryland decides to go with to fill its DC vacancy after getting rejected by Kevin Steele.
