Kent State was keeping it close with Maryland going into the 3rd quarter but the Terps turned on the jets and left them in the dust going into the 4th.

It all started when the Terps were up 24-9 with a little over 10 minutes left when running back Tayon Fleet-Davis took the ball 30 yards to extend the lead to 31-9. It was his 2nd rushing touchdown of the game.

After that, Corey Dyches found the endzone off a throw from quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa to make it a 4-score game. This was Dyches’ first touchdown of the game.

Tagovailoa got to 3 touchdown passes after that throw and the other before that 2 went to Dontay Demus & Rakim Jarrett.

Maryland is expected to be 4-0 going into B1G play as they look to be one of the more underrated teams in the conference thus far.
