Maryland has a little pep in its step following an overtime victory against Minnesota in Week 2.

It showed Saturday morning as the Terps released a hype video ahead of their game against Penn State.

This game is just odd based on the fact the Terps come in boasting about a win and their opponent has yet to earn a victory this season.

Penn State is the obvious favorite in this game, but it doesn’t mean Maryland can’t come in with a little confidence today. The Terps offense showed out last week against the Gophers. We’ll see if it can repeat that performance against a much tougher defense in Penn State.
