Maryland strikes first vs Penn State with first career TD by Rakim Jarrett

Maryland is keeping the momentum rolling after the comeback win over Minnesota.
That win came down to the wire, but it looks like the Terps are trying to use that as a stepping stone to bigger and better things. In the Week 3 game vs Penn State, it is Maryland that jumped out to a 7-0 lead.
The score came on a quick pitch-and-catch from Taulia Tagovailoa to 5-star freshman Rakim Jarrett. After breaking into the open, Jarrett outran the Nittany Lions and displayed his wheels all the way to the end zone.
This goes down as Jarrett’s first career score with the Terrapins:

Entering Saturday’s game, Jarrett had seven catches for 69 yards. He’s definitely off to a flying start Saturday and looks like a key piece to the puzzle moving forward.
