For the third straight week, Under Armour is rolling out some throwbacks for one of its high-profile clients.

And for the second straight week, it’s a B1G team.

Maryland will be wearing these 1961 throwbacks on Saturday when it takes on Penn State:

The uniforms will honor the 1961 squad that beat Penn State for the first time.

Under Armour’s “Flashback” look will feature a solid red jersey with white stripes on the shoulder pads. The team name was removed from the jersey, and will instead just feature the number. The helmets will don each player’s number on the right side and will feature a black and yellow stripe down the middle.

As you’ll recall, Under Armour tried out an all-black 1995 throwback for Northwestern on Saturday against Iowa. The Wildcats looked like the 1995 Rose Bowl team, but didn’t play it in a 40-10 loss to Iowa.

Mike Locksley will make his head coaching debut at Maryland on Saturday when the Terps rock the new threads.
