Avery is a 4-star prospect that has made plays on both sides of the ball in high school. According to the 247 Sports Composite Rankings, Avery is the No. 27 Edge prospect nationally for the cycle. Avery is also listed as the No. 208 player nationally and No. 5 overall player out of Maryland.
