A second independent report on the death of Maryland football player Jordan McNair is expected to be released on Friday, according to a report from CBS Sports.

Per CBS Sports, the second report is expected to be presented to the University of Maryland Board of Regents on Friday. The independent commission, which was assembled to investigate the alleged “toxic” culture around the football program, is expected to release its findings.

Last month, the initial investigation was completed by consultant Rod Walters. That investigation dealt with the timeline and there was no recommendation on the responsibility or involvement of head coach D.J. Durkin.

Durkin has been on administrative leave since Aug. 11 and has not coached a single game for the Terrapins.

After the death of McNair, University of Maryland President Wallace Loh said that the school accepted all “legal and moral responsibility” in the death.
