Stefon Diggs burns Jalen Ramsey, hauls in Josh Allen pass to extend Bills' lead over Rams
Stefon Diggs and the Buffalo Bills are at SoFi Stadium to take on the defending Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams in the first game of the 2022 NFL season.
Buffalo held a 24-10 lead early in the 4th quarter, gaining possession after a tipped Matthew Stafford pass landed into the arms of Jordan Poyer.
A few plays later, Josh Allen, considered a favorite to win the MVP award, extended Buffalo’s advantage. He scrambled in the pocket and found a wide-open Diggs, who had cleanly beaten Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey and ended up making the catch despite stumbling on the SoFi Stadium turf.
Take a look at the play below as Diggs made the first of what should be many touchdown catches this season:

That put Buffalo ahead up 31-10 with less than 9-and-a-half minutes remaining in regulation. The Bills have been picked by many to win the Super Bowl this year and are in great position to start the season off 1-0.
