Mike Locksley continues to get the job done on the East Coast.

Wednesday night, Maryland secured a commitment from three-star cornerback Tarheeb Still, a native of Timber Creek, New Jersey. He became the 12th player to give his verbal pledge to Locksley and company in the 2020 class.

Still made a short video to announce his commitment, sharing the post on Twitter. He also posted the word “COMMITTED” in his tweet.

Still, a 6-foot, 165-pound defensive back, is listed as one of the top 25 players out of the state of New Jersey, per 247Sports. He is also one of the top 100 cornerbacks of the cycle.

Still had nearly two dozen offers, several of which were from ACC programs. He also had B1G and Big XII offers, but eventually settled on Maryland. He chose the Terrapins over West Virginia, Baylor, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Pitt, Boston College, Minnesota and Rutgers, among others.

With Still’s commitment, Maryland now has 12 players in the 2020 class, half of which are from the East Coast. The Terrapins currently have the seventh-best class in the B1G and rank 28th nationally.
