Taulia Tagovailoa and Maryland are not going quietly into the night against Michigan. After the Wolverines scored a touchdown to go up by 11 points, the Terrapins came right back down the field.

The first key play came on a short 4th-down near midfield. Going for it from their own territory, the Terrapins converted the short first down to keep the drive alive.

After the first down, Tagovailoa found a wide-open Corey Dyches down the left sideline. That gain went for 44 yards and set up a 1st-and-goal situation.

After a short running play by Roman Hemby, the Terrapins turned back to Tagovailoa’s arm to find the end zone. The offensive line provided the time as Tai Felton snuck back across the formation and was wide open for the touchdown.

The two-point conversion was picked off by the Wolverines, so Maryland still trails by 5 at 24-19. Either way, the Terrapins need a stop to get back in the game and a touchdown to win the game.
