One B1G team has been given strong odds to land Alabama quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa, who announced last week that he was entering his name in the NCAA transfer portal.

Currently, Miami is the betting favorite to land Tagovailoa off the transfer market. The Hurricanes are presumed to have a strong chance to land the former four-star gunslinger after his brother Tua Tagovailoa was selected by the Miami Dolphins in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Not far behind, however, is Maryland. Considering the family’s strong relationship with Mike Locksley and an influx of talent on the recruiting front and through the transfer portal, College Park could be a legitimate destination for the younger Tagovailoa.

It should be interesting to see which schools receive the strongest consideration from the former Alabama QB.

Here are the odds from SportsLine:

  • Miami 2/1
  • Maryland 3.5/1
  • FIU 4/1
  • FAU 5/1
  • South Florida 7/1
  • UCF 9/1
  • Oregon 10/1
  • Hawaii 15/1
  • Auburn 20/1
