WATCH: Josh Jackson gets Maryland on the board with first TD of 2019

Hopefully, this is a good sign of things to come!
Maryland is off and running under head coach Mike Locksley, and new quarterback Josh Jackson put the Terrapins on the board early on. Jackson won the starting position after transferring from Virginia Tech. If he keeps making throws like this one, Maryland will be in good shape.
He dropped back to pass and hit Dontay Demus Jr. over the middle of the field. After breaking free, Demus scampered for the 26-yard touchdown to open the scoring against Howard.
This is definitely a good start for Locksley and company:
Ladies and gentlemen, it's Josh Jackson's first TD in a @TerpsFootball uniform, and the first 🐢 TD of the season. pic.twitter.com/4mwMh2G6AV
