Week 1 of the 2018 college football season has been a fun one.
Especially for Maryland.
The Terrapins, for the second straight season, defeated Texas — this time at home against the No. 24-ranked Longhorns. Maryland won the game 34-29 and sealed the deal with an interception with 1:04 remaining.
Following the game, a celebration had to ensue. And, the Terrapins did it perfectly.

Maryland celebrated with the late Jordan McNair in mind. McNair died after collapsing during a workout in June. He was a redshirt freshman entering the 2018 season.
The Terrapins will have the chance to go 2-0 on Sept. 8 when the team travels to face Bowling Green.
