Former Michigan defense end and current Detroit Lion Aidan Hutchinson picked up his first career sack on Sunday.
The sack came in the first quarter of the Lions’ game against the Washington Commanders when Hutchinson got to Carson Wentz before he could get the ball out. The sack is sure to be the first of many for the rookie.

The Lions currently lead the the Commander 12-0 with just under 2 minutes to play in the first quarter.
Hutchinson played at Michigan from 2018 to 2021 where he amassed 153 total tackles, 26.5 tackles for loss and 18.5 sacks.
He was the Defensive Lineman of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year in his final year at Michigan. He was also First-team All-Big Ten his senior year.
Hutchinson recorded his first career tackle last week.
