Appalachian State’s unbelievable 34-32 upset win over Michigan will live on forever, and the Mountaineers will never let it die.

This week, Delta Airlines sent out a harmless tweet asking followers to name a city that changed his or her life.

Appalachian State took the opportunity to troll Michigan with its response.

Michigan was supposed to soundly beat Appalachian State. Sports books didn’t even offer a betting line for the matchup because of how one-sided it was perceived to be. The Wolverines entered the season as the nation’s No. 5 overall team as ranked by the AP Top 25, while Appalachian State was ranked the No. 1 team in the FCS.

Then, the unthinkable happened. Mountaineers quarterback Armanti Edwards finished with 4 total touchdowns to help lead the Mountaineers to victory. The last-second field goal block by the Mountaineers will live on in college football history.
