Blake Corum believes anyone left questioning Michigan is just wasting their time.

Throughout the season, the Wolverines have been scrutinized after a sign-stealing scandal rocked Jim Harbaugh’s program. Analyst Connor Stalions eventually resigned, and linebackers coach Chris Partridge was later fired midseason.

Despite those circumstances, Michigan kept winning, rolling 3-0 to finish the regular season with top-10 wins over Penn State and Ohio State under Sherrone Moore. The Wolverines then beat Iowa in the B1G title game and Alabama in the College Football Playoff with Harbaugh back on the sidelines.

During an interview with Robert Griffin III for “RGIII and The Ones,” Corum delivered his message to anyone still hating on Michigan:

“What are you going to say now,” said Corum about his message to all of Michigan’s haters ahead of Monday’s game. “You go back and say with everything — the sign-stealing, whatever you want to call it — boom. After that happened, people got fired. We played Penn State, we played Ohio State, we played Iowa. What else do y’all want?”

After everything the Wolverines have faced, Corum believes the program has proved they are a good team this season:

“We’ve proven a point. We’re a good team,” Corum said. “With all the stuff that’s going on, we’re a good team. So we went through a lot of adversity this year, but to everyone who said we shouldn’t be in the natty, or they shouldn’t have been allowed to be in the College Football Playoff. What are you going to say now? You’re just wasting your breath at this point.”

Can Corum and company carve out a storybook ending for the Wolverines in Houston, or will Michael Penix Jr. carry the day for Washington? Stay tuned to find out.
