Blake Corum and Donovan Edwards are not shy about where they believe they stand in the world of college football.
While appearing on an episode of the Bussin’ With The Boys Podcast, host and former Wolverine Taylor Lewan mentioned Corum and Edwards as “maybe” the best RB duo in college football.
“Maybe?” exclaimed Edwards and Corum.
“Boys, I’ve got a lot of demographic involved,” explained Lewan.

The duo clearly took exception to Lewan hedging his comment.
“How are we not the best duo? We both rushed for more than anybody else as a duo in the country,” Edwards said.
“We keep it real, we’re gonna state the facts,” stated Corum.
The star Wolverines certainly have a point. Corum finished the 2022 season with 1,463 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns. The back likely would have been a Heisman Trophy finalist if not for a late-season injury.
Edwards rushed for 991 yards and 7 touchdowns in his own right, an impressive feat for a backup.
The duo know they were the best duo in 2022, and plan on doing the same thing in 2023.
“We’re not gonna be apologetic either,” declared Edwards.
