Blake Corum stepped onto the field Saturday and proceeded to produce a monster game for Michigan. Facing a hungry and productive Maryland squad, Corum went on to produce a career-best outing.

He set career-high marks with 30 carries and 243 yards to go along with 2 rushing touchdowns. Corum’s final touchdown of the day came on 3rd-down late in the game and went for 47 yards.

His score effectively iced the game away after giving the Wolverines a 34-19 lead late in the game:

In the Week 3 game against UConn, Corum set a career-high mark with 5 touchdowns but needed just 71 yards in that game.

According to the FOX broadcast, Corum is the first Michigan running back to eclipse 200 yards on the ground since 2017. He was highly efficient on his carries with 8.1 yards per carry in the game.
