Blake Corum torches Penn State, gives Michigan two-TD lead in second half vs. Penn State
Blake Corum made the Penn State defense pay after his defense got a turnover. The Michigan RB turned the takeaway into points.
Corum must have seen Donovan Edwards’ touchdown run from earlier because he ran right through the Penn State on this score. This one wasn’t quite as long as Edwards was, but still was impressive. Corum scored on a 61-yard TD run.
The blocking on this play was once again phenomenal by Michigan. Corum simply used his speed to break free from the Penn State defense.

Corum is slowly making his case to be in the Heisman Trophy conversation. He has 150+ yards rushing so far at this point in the second half. If Corum keeps making plays like this, he’ll hit 200 yards rushing once again.
All of Michigan’s points have come from its running backs or kicker Jake Moody.
