Blake Corum has won the 2022 Chicago Tribune Silver Football Award, given annually to the best football player in the B1G. The 98-year old award will go to who many consider to be the top running back in the nation.

Had Corum not injured his leg against Illinois there is a strong chance he would have been considered as a finalist for the Heisman Trophy.

Corum is an unbelievable talent. The 3rd year cornerback rushed for 1,463 yards and 18 touchdowns. also catching 11 passes for 80 yards and a touchdown. The Wolverines will miss his offensive production dearly against No. 3 TCU in the Fiesta Bowl.
