Bowling Green LB carted off after scary hit vs. Michigan
During the 3rd quarter of the Bowling Green-Michigan matchup, Bowling Green LB Demetrius Hardamon suffered a serious injury after colliding with Michigan TE Colston Loveland.
Hardamon stayed on the ground for a while with players on both teams immediately looking concerned. The cart eventually had to come out and Hardamon was strapped to a backboard.

Thankfully, the LB was able to wave to the Michigan crowd before departing for the locker room. The crowd at The Big House was extremely supportive and clapped for the injured player. Michigan RB Donovan was the first player to go to the cart and offer well-wishes to Hardamon.
It’s always tough to see serious injuries like this one during a game. The Falcons defense had been putting up a tough fight, forcing 3 turnovers by the usually-safe Michigan offense.
The Wolverines will enter the 4th quarter with a 31-6 lead and appear on their way to a 3-0 start. The Wolverines will begin B1G play next week against Rutgers.
