Charles Woodson is not a fan of the treatment of head coach Jim Harbaugh and his sudden suspension in Week 11.

On Friday, Harbaugh was officially suspended by B1G commissioner Tony Petitti for the remainder of the regular season as a result of the ongoing sign-stealing investigation. Michigan sought a temporary restraining order but did not get one ahead of kickoff vs. Penn State.

As for Woodson, he blasted the suspension for Harbaugh since none of the implications have included the head coach. He went on to blast the entire ordeal as “bullshit” but said the team will respond despite him being angry.

“When I just listened at all of the implications and it seems like none of the implications implicated Harbaugh. It only tells you about Connor Stalions and what he did,” Woodson said. “And I don’t know if he’s a rogue agent if he was out there doing this all on his own. I, in my humble opinion, do not believe that Harbaugh knew what this young man was doing.

“Now was there somebody on the staff that Stalions was talking to and knew some of this? I don’t know that, I can’t say that with certainty. And the NCAA didn’t say it for certainty, and Tony Petitti didn’t say it for certainty… Listen, am I mad? I’m only mad because I think the whole thing is bullshit. That’s why I’m mad. Other than that, we’re going to be fine.”
