Davis Warren posts wildly unique box score in win vs. Arkansas State
Davis Warren had a game to forget against Arkansas State despite attempting 14 passes, all of which were caught.
Doesn’t sound so bad? Well, think again. Warren finished 11/14 for 122 yards with 3 interceptions, meaning all his passes were caught by either Michigan or Arkansas State defenders.
Of course, Warren was replaced by QB Alex Orji, who came in and tossed for 12 yards and a touchdown pass in his short stint. Michigan was able to squeak past Arkansas State, 28-18.
Not sure I’ve ever seen this before.
Michigan QB Davis Warren did not throw an incompletion today. Because he was 11-of-14 with 3 interceptions.
Michigan beats Arkansas State 28-18.

You have to think Warren’s time as the starting quarterback for this team is over moving forward. The senior QB out of Los Angeles has been uninspiring in his appearances this season, and many were surprised he won the job over Orji in the first place. Warren has already thrown 6 interceptions this season, 4 of which came against G5 programs.
Michigan is now 2-1 on the season with its lone loss coming against Texas, a team that will contend for a playoff spot this season. The Wolverines have a lot of work to do moving forward, especially at the QB position.
We’ll see how the Wolverines fare next weekend when they take on No. 11 USC.
