Dax Hill snags first NFL interception with Cincinnati Bengals

Dax Hill is off to the NFL after becoming a first-round pick for the Cincinnati Bengals this year. In his second preseason game, Hill snagged his first interception.
The pick came off New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones, but the throw wasn’t particularly bad. Jones’ throw hit his receiver in the hands but ricocheted into the air.
Hill covered a lot of ground and came soaring in off the tip-ball drill for the pick. He was also able to get a nice return off the turnover.

In the preseason opener, Hill had just 1 tackle and a pass defended against Arizona. In his second game, Hill saw more action with 6 total tackles (4 solo stops), a pass defended and an interception.
Hill came off the board with the 31st overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. He already looks primed to make an impact in his first season with the Bengals.
