Former Michigan DB Darion-Green Warren is leaving the B1G for the Mountain West Conference.

Green-Warren was a sophomore this season and hasn’t posted any stats since he joined the team. He was a 4-star recruit out of Narbonne High School in Harbor City, California per the 247Sports Composite. He originally committed to Michigan in January of 2020.

He will now be transferring to Nevada to play for new head coach Ken Wilson who recently came over from Oregon. Green-Warren announced his transfer destination from his Twitter account on Monday afternoon.

Green-Warren will now be trading in the maize and blue for the blue and white of the Wolf Pack. He still has a few years of eligibility left as well. It’ll be interesting to see how his career at Nevada goes.
