Ex-Michigan standout earns starting role on NFL roster
A former Michigan offensive lineman has earned a starting role on an NFL roster.
On Monday, Kent Somers, a writer for The Arizona Republic, reported that rookie Mason Cole is now the starting center for Arizona Cardinals after an injury to A.Q. Shipley. Cole was a four-year starter at Michigan.

Cole was selected in the third round of the 2018 NFL Draft, going 97th overall.
While at Michigan, Cole was a two-time Second Team All-B1G selection (2016, 2017) and helped anchor a sturdy offensive line for the Wolverines.
