Former Michigan QB roasts state of the program following loss to Indiana
Former Michigan QB John O’Korn does not like how the Wolverines have been playing in 2024. The former QB took to social media after Michigan lost to Indiana in Week 11 to lament the status of the program.
O’Korn played for Michigan during the 2016 and 2017 seasons, which were Jim Harbaugh’s second and thirda seasons at the program. The QB went 2-0 against Indiana as a member of the Wolverines and gladly reminded social media of that fact.
If you’re wondering how bad things are in Ann Arbor right now…. even I was 2-0 against IU

O’Korn played in 18 games for the Wolverines and completed 54.5% of his passes for 1,146 yards with 4 TDs and 6 INTs. O’Korn was part of a QB rotation that included Wilton Speight and Brandon Peters, with none of that trio ever impressing much.
Still, the Wolverines defeated the Hoosiers by a score of 20-10 in 2016 and 27-20 in 2017. Overall, the Wolverines have defeated the Hoosiers 62 times, while Saturday’s game was just Michigan’s 11th loss to Indiana in program history.
In Week 11, the Hoosiers defeated the Wolverines 20-15. It was the Hoosiers’ 1st win over the Wolverines since 2020.
Much like the O’Korn years, the Wolverines’ main problem in 2024 has been QB play. Davis Warren, Alex Orji, and Jack Tuttle have each taken turns starting, with none of the 3 having prolonged success. Warren got the start against Indiana and completed just 50% of his passes for 137 yards with no TDs or INTs.
Michigan managed to collect just 206 total yards of offense against Indiana. The loss moves the team to 5-5 on the season with games against Northwestern and Ohio State remaining.
