Gemon Green, family to press charges following altercation vs. Michigan State, per report

Gemon Green is a defensive back for Michigan and was one of the two Michigan players involved in the tunnel altercation following the Michigan State game.
On Monday morning, it was reported that Green and his family will be pressing charges on the events that took place on Saturday night’s heated rivalry game at the Big House, according to ESPN’s Tom VanHaaren.
I spoke to the father of Gemon Green, the Michigan football player hit with a helmet in the tunnel. He said the family is planning to press charges and take legal action on those involved.
He said Gemon was struck with a helmet in the face, back and shoulder.

According to VanHaaren’s report, Green was struck with a helmet in his face, back, and shoulder. Mel Tucker has announced that four players have been suspended indefintely following the incident.
Not long after the game ended where Michigan had a dominant performance over Michigan State, 29-7, Green and another Michigan player, Ja’Den McBurrows were involved in the incident as they made their way to the Wolverines’ locker room.
This remains an ongoing investigation and more information will be released once it’s made more available.
