What does Tom Brady love more; his family or the game? We’re about to find out in the coming weeks.

According to US Weekly, Brady’s wife, Gisele Bündchen, has informed him that “either he leaves football to spend time with the family” or “she will be gone for good.” Brady, 45, is in the midst of a lackluster season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, which currently sits below .500 for Brady’s  first time since joining the franchise in 2020.

The report did not specify if Bündchen means that Brady must retire now midseason, or if he could close out the 2022 campaign with the NFC South franchise. Tampa Bay is currently in 1st place in the NFC South entering Week 8.

Brady and Bündchen began dealing with martial problems in the public eye earlier this year after the 7-time Super Bowl winner had elected to un-retire 40 days after making the initial announcement. During training camp, Brady left the Buccaneers for 11 days to “deal with personal things” surrounding his family and marriage.

According to the report, Bündchen wants Brady to hang up the cleats before injuries plague his life post-football. Per the report, the former Victoria’s Secret model is  “doing it for her family.”

The Buccaneers are slated to play Thursday night against the Baltimore Ravens on Amazon Prime.
