Michigan AD writes open letter to fans

Michigan Athletic Director Jim Hackett wrote an open letter to Wolverine fans following Saturday’s stunning loss to Michigan State.
There was plenty of outrage by Michigan fans. A lot of that outrage was directed at Michigan punter Blake O’Neill, who infamously fumbled the snap that led to the improbable last-second touchdown return.
Hackett asked fans that reacted harshly with social media hate to take a step back.
