The Michigan Coaches Clinic lineup got another high-profile addition.

The clinic, led by Jim and John Harbaugh, will feature Baylor coach Art Briles, who will serve as the event’s keynote speaker. Jim Harbaugh announced the news from his personal Twitter account on Wednesday:

Briles helped turn Baylor from a doormat Big 12 team into one of the nation’s top programs in the last five years. He’ll join a list of successful coaches that are set to speak at the three-day event:

  • Mike Martz, the orchestrator of the “Greatest Show on Turf” and a former NFL head coach of the St. Louis Rams, will be speaking on offensive football.
  • Retired Virginia Tech head coach Frank Beamer, a five-time conference coach of the year and the 1999 national coach of the year, will talk about the importance of special teams.
  • Detroit Lions defensive coordinator Teryl Austin, a college and NFL assistant coach, will speak on defensive football.
  • The featured high school coaches are Matt Bird, Tom Bolden, Roger Harriott, Bob Head, Auggie Hoffman, Marvin Sanders, Brent Whitson and Kevin Wright.

In addition to those names, every member of the Michigan and Baltimore Ravens coaching staff will take part in the event, which will be on March 10-12 at the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross Athletic Campus.
