By now, we know that Jim Harbaugh likes to experience everything first-hand.
He throws the ball around in warm-ups, he climbs trees at the homes of recruits and he gets on stage at rap concerts.
So naturally, when Harbaugh agreed to participate on a home run derby, he had to take some practice cuts. Harbaugh got a chance to show off his power at the Michigan softball field.

Harbaugh will get a chance to show off his power again on Thursday night during a home run derby against former Michigan baseball player and Detroit Tiger Rick Leach. It’s good to see that once again, Harbaugh is having himself a quiet little offseason.
