A fan at Michigan Stadium reportedly suffered a heart attack following Saturday’s unbelievable finish in Ann Arbor. A University of Michigan spokesperson announced it to the media following Saturday’s game.

“We were going into the stands right after the game ended,” Brown told the media.

Initial reports said that EMS struggled to find the fan with the capacity crowd filing out of the stadium. CPR was performed by EMS.

According to ESPN’s Dan Murphy, the heart attack was not fatal.

The game ended with Michigan State’s Jalen Watts-Jackson recovering a fumbled punt and taking it into the end zone for the touchdown and a 27–23 victory.
