Hunter Dickinson is meeting with Kentucky via Zoom on Wednesday, according to a report.

That’s according to college basketball insider Jeff Goodman, who notes that Dickinson has been hearing from some of the top programs in the country.

Dickinson surprised many when he chose to enter the portal following the 2022-23 season. He averaged 18 points and 9 rebounds per game this season as a junior for the Wolverines.

He also made an impact on the defensive side of the floor with 1.8 blocks per contest.

Dickinson is a former All-American. He would presumably be replacing former National Player of the Year Oscar Tshiebwe in Kentucky’s frontcourt. The Wildcats are also adding 5-star center Aaron Bradshaw to the team next year.

As for Michigan, the Wolverines are still working through what their roster will look like next season. Jett Howard and Kobe Bufkin are also expected to depart, leaving a big production gap in Michigan’s 2023-24 rotation.

The Wolverines are expected to be active in the transfer portal over the coming weeks.
