Hunter Dickinson led the way in Michigan basketball’s massive 81-46 win over Maryland. Dickinson put in an incredible outing against his hometown team in the Terps.

Dickinson finished the game with a 30-point double-double with 12 rebounds and 2 assists after playing 28 minutes in the game.

Dickinson received some help from his teammates, who simply would pass the ball to him underneath the basket for an easy assist. Kobe Bufkin did just that in the first half and Dickinson rewarded the Michigan G’s pass with a dunk.

That wasn’t the only dunk that Dickinson had either. The Wolverine center kept it going in the second half as well. It was like no one on Maryland wanted to try and guard Dickinson while he was storming down the lane.

Beating the Terps now has Michigan at 8-5 on the year and snaps a two-game losing streak. The Wolverines had lost to North Carolina and Central Michigan in back-to-back games.

Terrence Williams II (11 points) was the only other Michigan player to score over 10 points in the win. The rest of Michigan’s schedule is only B1G teams in 2023, and the Wolverines are off to great start in the new year.

Penn State is up next on the schedule on Jan. 4. Tipoff will be at 7 p.m. ET on BTN.
