Michigan had a big win over Indiana on Saturday, shutting down the Hoosiers 31-10. But, bigger than the win itself was the scene caused when Mike Hart, a top assistant at Michigan, was carted off the field after a medical emergency during the game.

Hart was conscious as he was being taken to the ambulance and gave the thumbs-up sign. Multiple sources reported that Hart actually suffered a seizure, which caused the collapse. Since Saturday, thoughts and well wishes have been flooding in for the assistant coach.

On Monday, Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh spoke about the incident and subsequent outpouring of support.

“When it happened, everybody was just completely concerned about Mike’s health and making sure he got the attention that he needed, and the medical staff, paramedics, doctors… everybody was really fantastic. It’s been unbelievable. I know Mike has so appreciated — and so has Monique — all the people that have reached out to them and expressed their concern. There’s hundreds that have called me from around the football world to express their concern for Mike and want to get an update.”
