Jim Harbaugh assists Ann Arbor police officer with moving fallen tree from road
Jim Harbaugh was in the right place at the right time to help out an Ann Arbor police officer on Wednesday evening.
Thursday, Ann Arbor police shared body cam video of Harbaugh helping an officer move a fallen tree to clear the road. The fallen portion of the tree was blocking traffic at Devonshire and Londonderry. When Harbaugh came upon the scene and offered to help Office Howard Cooper move the tree together, he was provided a pair of gloves and helped open up a lane of traffic.
On 2/22/23 at approximately 8pm in the middle of the ice storm Ofc Howard Cooper was at Devonshire and Londonderry to remove a large tree that was blocking the road when a van pulled up. The driver then parked and got out of the vehicle. (1/3) pic.twitter.com/FxG3s9t0P7

The police department thanked Harbaugh for lending a hand.
After about ten minutes they were able to, inch by inch, get the entire tree moved to clear a lane for traffic to pass through. We thank Coach Harbaugh for being a valued member of the Ann Arbor community and helping out Ofc Cooper. (3/3)
