Like many times before, the Ohio State/Michigan matchup will determine who will play in the B1G Championship Game.

Michigan still leads the series all-time 58-51. However, the Buckeyes have dominated the Wolverines as of late, winning the last eight meetings. Jim Harbaugh is still yet to earn his first win against Ohio State since being announced as the head coach in 2014.

Now to make things worse for the Wolverines, it’s looking like Michigan may be without 2 very important players per The Athletic’s Austin Meek.

Running back Blake Corum and DB Gemon Green have been injured since the Indiana game in Week 10. Corum is dealing with a shoulder injury, and Green has been nursing a shoulder problem since then as well. This news doesn’t look good for a potential return on Saturday.

Corum was the lead back before getting injured with 778 yards rushing and 10 touchdowns this season. Green has also had an important role on the defensive side of the ball with 21 total tackles, 1 interception, and 1 pass deflection in 2021.

We’ll see if there’s any further progress on the injuries before Saturday’s game against Ohio State. No. 4 Ohio State (10-1) and No. 6 Michigan (10-1) meet for the 110th time in the series with ‘The Game’ kickoff of at 12 p.m. ET on Fox.
