Jim Harbaugh is getting roasted for comments made during Monday's radio appearance
The Michigan Wolverines had a pretty rough weekend as they were upset by in-state rival Michigan State, 27-24. The loss ended up being very costly as Michigan dropped down to No. 23 in the AP Top 25.
Monday evening, head coach Jim Harbaugh went on the Inside Michigan Football radio and talked about how the team is battling, despite the setback to the Spartans. According to Angelique Chengelis with the Detroit News, Harbaugh says the Wolverines are still battling which is all they can do:
Harbaugh: "We're battling. That's all you can do." on Inside Michigan Football radio

To no one’s surprise, Michigan fans did not take that comment too kindly in the replies as seen here:
Kinda looks like your just going through the motions 😕

Michigan has become the Michigan State of the Big Ten.

Unfortunately he can’t beat the teams he was hired to beat. His record versus rivals is horrible. If his name wasn’t Harbaugh, he’d probably been shown the door by now.

Unfortunately that loss is too much for us fans patiently waiting 6 years. Most of the high caliber coaches did something special within 5 years. This show is over.

Michigan’s next game will be against No. 13 Indiana this Saturday at Noon ET.
Now in Year 6 of the Harbaugh era, fans are understandably getting tired of lackluster results in big rivalry games. Time will only tell if the replies to this tweet get worse after this week’s game.
