Jim Harbaugh thinks the results on the field should speak for itself.
The Michigan head coach joined Big Ten Network last night following the Wolverines’ B1G title win over Iowa. He was asked to make the case for Michigan to be the No. 1 overall team when selections are revealed at Noon.
Michigan entered this week No. 2 in the country behind Georgia. The Bulldogs fell to Alabama while the Wolverines blanked Iowa, 26-0. Because of this, it makes sense to assume Michigan will own that top spot.
Harbaugh told the B1G Network crew that Michigan will take care of business regardless.
“I don’t think we have to make any case, we just take care of business,” Harbaugh said. “Told the team before last night, we control our own destiny. This is step one. Can’t get to step two without getting by step one.”
