Jim Harbaugh is reportedly knocking it out of the park when it comes to recruiting 5-star quarterback Jadyn Davis, a top prospect in the class of 2024.

Davis recently visited Ann Arbor for Michigan’s BBQ at The Big House recruiting event. Steve Wiltfong of 247Sports shared that the Davis family has been impressed by Harbaugh, spending lots of time with the Wolverine head coach.

“In both of his visits to Michigan, the family has had extensive time with Jim Harbaugh,” Wiltfong said. “Coach Harbaugh blew them away on (Davis’) first visit earlier this summer with just his personality, his pedigree, the organization of his football program and his place in it. And certainly, his QB acumen and what he’s done at the position as a player and what he’s done as a coach in the NFL and then on the college level.

“This visit, they just picked up right where they left off. They hung out with Coach Harbaugh a ton before the BBQ. Obviously, they mingled with him at the BBQ. And they get a lot of time with him after the BBQ.

“What I’ve heard from Jadyn Davis and his family, I’ve never heard the praise that Coach Harbaugh is getting from one family about Coach Harbaugh. … It’s obvious that Jadyn Davis and his family are really enjoying their time around him. Michigan’s a factor. They want to get back to Michigan and experience a gameday in The Big House, they’ve never done that before.”

Davis, out of Providence Day School in Charlotte, North Carolina, is listed at 6-feet, 190 pounds and rated 5-stars, the No. 5 quarterback and No. 19 prospect overall in the class of 2024 on the 247Sports composite rankings.
