Michigan is starting to find its groove heading into B1G play next weekend.

The Wolverines started sluggish against SMU in Saturday’s game, but a pick-six at the end of the first half ignited the team. They would roll to a 45-20 win with a big second half behind an accurate and electric Shea Patterson.

Michigan is now 2-1 on the season and will likely feel a little bit better heading into conference play following blowouts over Western Michigan and SMU. The offense is beginning to click while the defense remains solid under head coach Jim Harbaugh.
