Michigan has a bit of work to do moving forward.

The Wolverines opened the 2018 season in disappointing fashion with a loss to Notre Dame. QB Shea Patterson and the offense was less than impressive in his Michigan debut while the Irish did just enough against the Michigan defense to get the win.

It certainly was not a disastrous showing, but it was evident head coach Jim Harbaugh still has work to do with the team. However, one point of interest from Harbaugh’s press conference Monday was his comments about the offensive line. According to Harbaugh, he does believe pass protection is improving and he does not foresee any changes in the offensive line for Week 2.
