Jim Harbaugh to the NFL? Report lists latest intel on NFL teams interested in Michigan HC
Jim Harbaugh has, once again, become a potential candidate for head coach on several NFL teams’ searches.
The Denver Broncos, the Carolina Panthers, and the Indianapolis Colts are teams that have fired their head coaches already and are actively searching for their next head coaches. The Houston Texans and Arizona Cardinals are teams who have not fired their head coaches but are potentially searching for their next coach as reported by NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport.
NFL.com analysts Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero talked about the latest intel of Harbaugh being a potential candidate that the Denver Broncos and other teams are looking into:
“Harbaugh, 59, said after interviewing with the Vikings last year that he wouldn’t consider returning to the NFL again. However, the Broncos are one of multiple teams that have been doing homework on Harbaugh.”
A look at the coaching situations of five teams — The #Broncos, #Panthers, #Colts, #Texans, and #AZCardinals. Don’t be surprised if Denver swings big, focusing on Sean Payton, Jim Harbaugh, and Dan Quinn to start.

Harbaugh is a name that comes up often due to his previous head coaching experience with the San Francisco 49ers from 2011 to 2014. He was also interviewed to be the head coach of the Minnesota Vikings last off-season.
Harbaugh previously stated he wants to remain a head coach at Michigan, but it looks like teams are still open to the idea of bringing the coach to the NFL.
