Jim Harbaugh finally broke through in Ann Arbor, producing his first B1G Championship in 2021 with a trip to the College Football Playoff. After flirting with the NFL in the offseason, he eventually decided to remain at his alma mater.

Now, Harbaugh has his team 9-0 and trending once again toward the postseason. Nothing will be easy down the stretch in November, but the Wolverines are looking impressive on both sides of the ball and could be better than last year’s squad.

However, the successes of the Wolverines will only lead to more and more chatter of NFL teams potentially wanting to land Harbaugh. That includes another vacancy that recently opened up after Week 9 in the NFL.

According to multiple reports, the Indianapolis Colts are parting ways with head coach Frank Reich. The Colts have started the season 3-5-1 and had just a pair of playoff appearances under Reich, both as a wild card recipient.

It did not take long for fans on social media to begin connecting Harbaugh to the Colts vacancy. Of course, this is just speculation and rumors, but it will be interesting to see if Indianapolis develops any actual interest in Harbaugh as a candidate moving forward.
