Jim Harbaugh is big on players earning pay for the work they do to keep college football the product it is today.
The B1G recently signed a distribution agreement with CBS, FOX, NBC and Peacock worth more than $8 billion. Harbaugh thinks some of that $8 billion should go to the players.

The idea is not a crazy one, though it will likely be controversial to some. From Harbaugh’s point of view, the players are the ones earning the conference money, so they should be fairly compensated for it.
Others will point to NIL as ways for compensation. What do you think?
