JJ McCarthy finds Roman Wilson as Michigan stretches lead to double digits
J.J. McCarthy helped Michigan extend its lead against Maryland. He found Roman Wilson for a 20-yard touchdown.
Maryland was giving Michigan some problems early on, but now the Wolverines are starting to pull away. Wilson had a nice route running move to give himself enough space from the two Maryland defenders that were trailing him.

Jim Harbaugh will be liking what he’s seeing from his starting quarterback after that play. Michigan has had no problems running the ball against Maryland, but could really open up the game if it can get the passing game going with plays like this.
Maryland’s offense will need to find the spark it had in the first half if it wants to make this a game again.
This B1G East showdown just keeps on getting better and better.
